In this role I communicated and interacted with residents to identify and address problems, answer questions, and to create a sense of communal responsibility within UCD residences. The RA role involved supporting UCD Estates Service with the running of the out of hour’s aspects of the UCD Residence community such as lock-outs, maintenance requests and emergency responses.

This internship involved preparing data for various planning projects; conducting field works with Senior Planners, collecting parcel data, and searching various land records to assist in report writing.

This busy role required management of the hotel switchboard dealing with routine and specialist enquiries. It also required liaison with the range of hotel departments and management staff to deliver a holistic service. In this role I was responsible for making the first impression and last contact for the guest, a favourable one, which involved dealing with all enquiries and resolving any problems both on the telephone and face-to-face with guests.
