• Leading store in re-opening during COVID 19. Including visuals, operational tasks, implementing new health procedures, and training team members on new services and procedures. • Lead supervisor for the management of store operations when Store Manager and Assistant Store Managers are not present. • Assist with training and development of new team members. Including how to provide WOW service, preform operational procedures, as well as event prep and execution. • Responsible for opening/closing duties including writing, preparing, and sending daily reports at the end of day.• Receiving new inventory, organizing product in stockroom to ensure cleanliness, keeping track of supply levels, and preforming cycle counts and markdowns as needed. • Act as a stylist and personal shopper for our customers.• Assist in the booking, coordination, and execution of offsite events for private parties and corporate events.

Trained and performed as a ballet dancer under the direction of Robert Mills. Season performances included: Firebird, Swan Lake, Nutcracker, The Little Mermaid and Triple Bill. 40 hour week training schedule with additional hours required on performance weekends.

• Taught ballet discipline to student’s ages 7-18 in Oklahoma City area recreational dance schools. • Created and implemented a unique ballet curriculum appropriate for the dancers age and development.

• Assisted the lead dance teacher with curriculum development, classroom management, parent communication and choreography.
