Assisted with special projects within the bank and community partnerships. Transitioned to employee development specialist role.

Traveled to collegiate chapters to provide support to leaders and alumnae volunteers in implementing national programs and ensuring successful chapter operations. Established a new chapter at Babson College as the on-site consultant. Activities included recruiting new members and alumnae advisors, coordinating with university officials, educating members.
