I am a Supply Chain Planner with a background in Customer Service and Lean Management. Working in an environment in which daily agendas are not repetitive can be a challenge for some. I, however, enjoy knowing that the challenges I experienced yesterday will be different than those of today. These unique daily challenges allow me to cultivate my problem solving skills for future endeavors. I thrive in high-pressure environments that require me to multitask and prioritize in order to meet set deadlines. I have worn many hats in my career. As a result, I have gained knowledge in many areas. I was previously responsible for daily and monthly reports measuring on-time delivery and SIOP. Publishing reports requires heavy communication with all departments at a site level to ensure accuracy. At Atkore, they focused on creating an effective lean daily management system. With LDM in mind, I managed KPI’s on a plant level to measure performance and consistently work on continuous improvement.
