Being an Inside Operations Manager at an Auto Auction in two words is exhilarating and humbling.From working with sellers and buyers, to building more than business relationships, but friendships. To hiring and leading a team of elite individuals whom I am proud to get to work with daily. This is not without dedication, dependability, and honesty from everyone. Just like a vehicle there are many moving parts to an auction. You have to keep it well oiled, gassed up, battery charged, and up to date on service to keep it moving smoothly and without a great team, that car would be stuck in park never moving forward.Most of my strengths including patience, discipline, and understanding I attribute to Motherhood.
