I handle day to day operational and tactical account management activities for Client Success Managers. I’m an expert in the Virgin Pulse back-end systems and make recommendations on challenges and platform.

I was the voice of Virgin Pulse as the first point of contact and responsible for making the well-being programs come alive for clients: providing support, offering information about our digital employee health and well-being solutions, keeping customers satisfied and retaining business. Effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.

I executed more than 25,000 diverse customer calls and emails: delivering solutions within 24 hours 95% of the time, maintaining an accuracy rating of 98% or better and a customer satisfaction survey rating of 4.5 out of 5. I was responsible for editing client marketing materials to produce clear and effective customer facing communications. I delivered.

I resolved life insurance inquiries for a diverse population in a high volume national call center and maintained detailed account records within a Metlife proprietary database. Collaborated with business consultants to develop content for proprietary Metlife call center information database. I completed FINRA course of study and successfully passed exam.
