I call Alumni and individuals that are involved with the school to update information, and conduct research on how past student were involved. This research is then used to bring new students in through Grand Valley Advertisements. I also promote the school and bring in donations for the Grand Valley Fund, Student Support Fund, and Replenish Student Food Pantry.

I reached out to Grand Valley advertising and public relations alumni to make connections and see how our PR program and Grand Valley could improve and stay up to date. I also reached out to find out how to best prepare students for a more digital work environment, and how COVID-19 affected our alumni.

I maintained and created all the social media content and communication on Facebook and Instagram, as well as all crisis communication during COVID-19. I also maintained the website and wrote, designed, and sent the weekly newsletters for both campuses.
