Coaches groups and individuals in exercise activities in competitive gymnastics, observe participants, and explain to them corrective measures to improve gymnastics skills. Pre-K Program has over 12 instructors and Monitors employees’ progress and adapts programs as needed when employees are spotting children.Plans and selects different training events to increase movements for each set of spotting clinics depending on employees’ capabilities and limitations.Leads training events focused on nutrition, weight control, and lifestyle issues of gymnasts.Coach and lead athletes in developing to their full potential.
