This role worked with athletes that attended this training facility to create meal options that coincide with their nutritional needs. A major part of this role was to provide education to clients in order to ensure they will meet their fitness goals.

This role in campus dining at Johnson & Wales University was ever changing. Starting with maintaining the front of the house, and ensuring safety by maintaining cleanliness. By my senior year, I managed every food station in this dining hall facility which entailed guiding interns (as many as fifteen students each semester) and student assistants (as many as ten employees)ensuring that they are following proper food and safety protocols.

West Roxbury, Ma

This role entailed assisting prep cooks with daily tasks like making bread, prepping sauces, dressings, seafood, and meat. Assisted the banquet Chef in the various parties done for as many as 50 people. Catered to various food allergies and helped prepare a sanitary environment for these restrictions. Covered the garde manger stations during dinner service.
