I’m currently an Administrative Assistant at Harbor Compliance, where I enjoy using my organizational skills and client-focused mindset to improve communication and streamline processes. With over two years of experience in a busy environment, I take pride in quickly understanding client needs and making sure they receive timely responses, always maintaining a commitment to a 24-hour reply time. Before joining Harbor Compliance, I worked as a Customer Service Specialist at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health. In that role, I managed patient registrations, communicated essential information to the clinical staff, and ensured compliance with medical records protocols. I also have experience as a phlebotomist where I performed venipuncture and capillary specimen collection, ensuring patient identity and specimen integrity while following clinical protocols. My internship at Northwestern Mutual allowed me to assess financial needs and develop strategic recommendations, further enhancing my ability to connect with clients.I will soon hold a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Millersville University of Pennsylvania. I currently hold an Associate of Arts in Social Sciences from HACC, Central Pennsylvania’s Community College, along with a Phlebotomy Diploma.
