Providing timely and clear instructions/process for colleagues/customers Understanding live issues and trends - looking at the root cause on critical and systemic issues and supporting the change required to address these Identifying and sharing technology trends and issues with the key Stakeholders to drive Service Excellence Improvements and supporting and identifying opportunities.  Project Management - working on various technology projects to ensure any new technology is delivered with minimal impact to the Barclays Branch estate. Supporting the development of an assurance framework to ensure appropriate controls and mitigations are in place to reflect the reliance, criticality, and customer impact of technology within the branch network.
