• Delivering the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations Transition to Work (TtW) program. • Supporting at risk and disengaged young people in overcoming non vocational barriers, developing skills, attitudes and knowledge to support them on their journey to work.• Assisting young people to find sustainable employment and education outcomes by actively identifying opportunities with local employers and registered training providers.• Engaging with stakeholders to support and promote services internal and external as a mobile consultant.
