I've served on numerous corporate and philanthropic boards which has given me a depth of understanding of the problems of businesses, from start-ups to mature corporations, whether for profit or nonprofit. In addition, I've sharpened my understanding of the impact of taxes on day to day business operations with my Studies at Georgetown University Law Center where I earned a Masters of Law in Taxation.I have also served numerous individuals in planning and administering their estates and trusts. From simple wills, powers of attorney and advance medical directives to the complexities of life insurance trusts, marital and charitable trusts, I have enabled clients to minimize their estate, gift and death taxes while helping his clients accomplish their all-important life goals.I continue to be rated as an Av Preeminent attorney, the highest rating granted by Martindale Hubbell.
