We are looking for a highly motivated professional to join our team as a Genetic Counsellor. Specifically, you will:• Support the conduct of clinical trials within the Paediatric Oncology Reef Unit, in line with the Good Clinical Practice Guidelines• Assist with site coordination for the Precision Medicine for Every Child with Cancer program (ZERO2)• Facilitate the enrolment of suitable paediatric cancer patients onto ZERO2 and its sub-studies• Provide genetics counselling services to patients and families undergoing research genomic testing where required including:o Medical and family history collectiono Pre-test counselling, and obtaining informed consento Undertake post-test counselling as required, including facilitating the appropriate return of germline findings to research participantso Ensure follow up by external genetics or genetics support services as needed• Develop, conduct and evaluation case discussions and education with treating clinicians to facilitate greater understanding of result interpretation and subsequent implications• Collaborate with the national ZERO2 genetics team, including contribution to the development, implementation and evaluation of a Cancer Predisposition Risk Management Clinic for paediatric patients with germline predisposition to cancer
