As the Assistant General Manager I was responsible for all of the above commitments as well as maintaining our top five accounts totaling in $5 million dollars a year in revenue. I acted as the point person for each of these companies’ client contacts when looking to reserve accommodations for their upcoming guest or group.

In Operations Manager role I was responsible for quality inspection and new arrival set-ups of over 250 fully furnished corporate apartments. My staff of ten roving housekeepers and one supervisor serviced 50+ rooms daily all over the Minneapolis and St. Paul area. This role also included approving bi-weekly payroll, hiring, and inventory.

When various management positions were open through out CSM I would step in and fill the role until a replacement was hired and fully trained. Also, did task force work in our properties to help in the various departments of the hotel. This included Marriott and Hilton Hotels.

Duties included maintaining cost control, hotel wide schedule, and overall quality of the hotel, all while exceeding Hilton brand guest satisfaction guidelines. In this role I also maintained accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory.
