As part of the Auto21 program these features were directly responsible for decreasing the customers defects per million from 100 to less than 10 in a 12-month period.• Co-developed Tcl automation used to verify the embedded software’s ability to manage multiple hardware failures on a consistent basis while providing the correct alarms and isolating the correct equipment, thereby reducing the customers’ service disruption time.
