After twenty three years of experience in the military, which has enabled strong interpersonal and Leadership skills with the ability to build lasting relationships. An effective communicator across all levels of an organisation, I am enthusiastic and extremely driven. During my career I have served in Afghanistan, Iraq, Northern Ireland, USA, Canada, and Cyprus, and have thoroughly enjoyed the challenges faced in varying roles across a multitude of complex overseas posts.These roles have involved direct Line Management of staff, up to 26 personnel, resource management of multiple facilities and programme management of an intricate nature. My ethos is one of being solution driven and embracing continuous development. During this time I achieved the rank of Warrant Officer and completed a number of academic courses, including a BSc (Hons) Degree in Sports Science. Through a number of years completing Coaching & Leadership courses and successfully completing the ILM Level 7 in Executive Coaching & Mentoring, I have been able to implement an effective leadership & coaching development strategy to our organisation. I’m passionate about leadership and fully focused on becoming an integral part of the executive leadership and coaching sector. With a proven record of self-development I have an ability to enthuse others and get the best out of those who work with me. Being determined, diligent and possessing excellent organisation skills, I am confident under pressure and always provide intelligent solutions.
