About Michaela Kováčová

Currently, as a Senior IT Recruiter at NATEK, my mission is to lead successful end-to-end recruitment processes that exceed our clients' expectations. My approach focuses on building robust professional networks and aligning with NATEK's culture of excellence and innovation. Previously, I served as a Recruitment Team Lead at AT&T for over four years. In this role, I managed the full life-cycle recruiting process, including high-volume hiring across the CEE region, successfully fulfilling a technical care and credit & collection hiring plan with 1500 hires annually. I supervised a team of seven Recruiters/HR Consultants (FTEs) and established strong working relationships with hiring managers and HR Business Partners. Additionally, I contributed to the success of the Taleo workflow developments and represented AT&T at job fairs and university events.I hold a Master's degree in Economics and Corporate Management from the University of Economics in Bratislava. Passionate about a healthy lifestyle, I enjoy various sports, particularly volleyball, and have completed a Nutrition Adviser course.
