The CNSP CRT works ashore and aboard Navy ships via Training Assist Visits (TAVs) to develop, promulgate and enforce cyber governance and cyber hygiene best practices. CRT efforts improved the cyber readiness of warships to fight across a full spectrum of operations, including cyber, electromagnetic maneuver warfare, and information operations. The CRT also conducts training in information assurance, traditional security, network defense, threat ID, and mitigation.▪ As a key member of the CRT, the CRT increased the cyber readiness of twenty-five U.S. Navy ships – 4-Cruisers, 7-Destroyers, 2-LHDs, 3-LSDs, 2-LPDs and 7 mine countermeasure (MCM) ships via remote interaction and TAVs.
