Conducts legal reviews of criminal and administration actions to include Freedom of Information Act requests, the Privacy Act, fiscal law, Inspector General investigations, and financial liability determinations. Provides legal advice on Operational and International Law. Assists junior counsel in prosecuting cases and in adverse employment hearings arising within the unit.

Serves as defense counsel and Officer in Charge at the Daegu Branch Office, Pacific Rim Region, U.S. Army Trial Defense Service, primarily supporting Soldiers in the 19th ESC and Area IV, Korea. Also serves as Defense Counsel for overflow or conflict cases throughout the Pacific Rim Region, including Japan, the Philippines, and the rest of Korea. Represents Soldiers at courts-martial, in adverse employment proceedings, and those under criminal investigation.

Serves as prosecutor for general and special courts-martial. Provides legal advice and guidance on all military justice and general administrative law actions to a senior military leader serving as a Special Courts-Martial Convening Authority and its subordinate units. Coordinates investigations with state, federal, and military law enforcement agencies. Represents the government at adverse employment hearings. Provides military justice instruction to all levels of command, staff, and law enforcement. Supervises three paralegal professionals.

Administrative Law Attorney for the Wiesbaden Military Community consisting of a United States Army Garrison command, the 1st Armored Division, three separate battalions, and other tenant organizations. Responsible for advising and reviewing legal actions on all aspects of administrative law, including Freedom of Information Act requests, Inspector General complaints, the Privacy Act, fiscal law, the Joint Ethics Regulation, summary court-martial proceedings, Article 32 investigations, administrative AR 15-6 investigations, fundraising requests, and other command administrative actions. Serves as an Ethics Counselor. Conducts training on various topics including ethics, fund raising, and private organizations.

Oversees and provides support to subordinate brigades which comprise the largest claims operation in the Army Central Command area of operations. Adjudicates and reviews foreign and personnel claims, coordinates the payment of retroactive land leases, and disseminates and conducts training for the United States Army Division - Center's subordinate units. Serves as a single foreign claims commission and President of a three-person commission.

Led a claims operation serving the entire Wiesbaden military community. Supervises two civilian employees. Adjudicates military personnel claims, foreign claims, and tort claims. Ensures all claims are thoroughly investigated and paid or denied. Assists investigating officers with Article 139 claims against other Servicemembers.

Provides legal advice and services to Servicemembers, dependents, and retirees throughout the Wiesbaden military community, including wills, powers of attorney, medical directives, and separation agreements. Represents clients with administrative agencies and gathers evidence for use in rebuttals and appeals. Counsels clients on family support requirements and assists victims of consumer and credit fraud. Overseas one civilian paralegal and two paralegal professionals. Secondary duties include acting as a victim/witness liaison and contacting and informing victims and witnesses of their rights with transitional compensation.
