• Development and review/approval of quality assurance documentation used for construction as per delegation of authority, including Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Construction Method Statements (CMSs), Process Method Statements (PMSs), Construction/Verification Checklists and Management Plans.• Assessment of completed quality assurance Lot documentation against project specifications and ITP requirements.• Review and submission of Non-Conformance Reports drafted by engineering and relevant system teams.• Promotion of compliance and auditing of Project Management System documentation for all system, design, construction and verification/handover activities as delegated by the Project Quality Manager and audit schedule.• Development and scheduling of internal audit program for all construction activities in nominated work area, including activities undertaken by the joint venture, site subcontractors, external subcontractor and providers and compliance testing/survey.• General compliance and training with regards to use of project EDMS (Team Binder) and project network drive on behalf of the project Document Controller and developed training program.• Training and mentoring of undergraduate engineers and relevant new staff in use of project Quality Assurance Systems and Project Quality Plan expectations and requirements.• Review of subcontracts in relation to quality assurance activities and checking referenced documentation for accuracy and relevance, including project drawings, specifications, management plans and other controlled construction documentation.• Trend analysis and escalation of issues on behalf of Project Quality Manager for quality related issues• General involvement in project improvement and monitoring activities for areas such as safety & environmental management and stakeholder engagement.
