I am a committed higher education professional with a progressively growing portfolio of responsibilities. Currently, as Associate Dean for Student Success and Engagement at the Community College of Philadelphia, I lead key initiatives to enhance student development. I oversee a broad spectrum of services, including Assessment and Testing Services, the Learning Lab and Academic Computing Services, Disability Services, Libraries, and Student Success programs.Previously, at Wor-Wic Community College, I led Student Success programs, Disability Services, and Mental Health Services. I was also responsible for peer tutoring, student mentorship, orientation, and the student ambassador program.I am trained in behavioral intervention, Title IX, student conduct, and ADA compliance.I am pursuing an EdD in Higher Education Administration at the University of Southern Mississippi, focusing on deepening my expertise in leading and transforming higher education institutions. Additionally, I have taught communication courses at Salisbury University as an adjunct professor. My professional goal is to advance equity and excellence in higher education through the implementation of innovative and effective programs, policies, and practices.
