Human Resources Business Partner
CurrentServes as an Employee Relations expert, providing guidance to HR Generalists and Operations Leaders on effective investigatory skills to clearly and objectively assess information in a timely manner and resolve employee concerns. Owns assigned ER cases by documenting investigations, resolving employee concerns and keeping accurate records in order to mitigate risk.Drives overall business results while instilling and protecting our People First Culture and serves as the HRBP for In-Restaurant Teams, District Managers, and Region Vice Presidents across 4 regions. Analyzes people metric data to provide insight and recommendations on outliers.Executes proper Market Visits and HR Restaurant Walks to drive people metrics, maintain culture and execute the People Strategy.Reviews engagement survey results and assist in creating effective action plans to improve engagement. Leads focus groups and other sessions to gather feedback from teams to further assess and impact engagement results as needed.Facilitates ongoing Talent Strategy/Bench Strength and Succession Planning Sessions to ensure accurate assessment of talent to meet the business needs and development of plans to improve the bench. Partners with operations to support their team's development needs.Participates in the development and facilitation of HR related training including District Manager Training, performance management/improvement, conducting investigations and other related ER topics.Partners with Operations to mitigate risk by serving as a champion of HR core processes, helping to interpret policies, ensure consistent application, and alignment with company priorities.
