Michaela is a senior sales agent and the Head of Operations and Marketing for The Jane Advisory at Compass — an all-female real estate team consistently ranked in the top 1.5% of agents nationwide. With an unparalleled aesthetic instinct and an approach that's both polished and playful, Michaela is the team voice and its creative director. Since 2020, she has run the marketing for every Jane Advisory listing across Manhattan and Brooklyn, honing the narrative of each home via staging, listing copy, videography, and social media strategy, and shepherding sellers through the listing process with skill and style. In decade plus in real estate, she has become a Certified Buyer Representative and Certified Negotiation Expert, as well as the producer and co-presenter of the Women in Real Estate Collective, a quarterly gathering and panel series that exists to resource and celebrate fellow female agents city-wide. Michaela received her BA with Honors in French and English Literature from Williams College and studied acting at UNCSA, the O'Neill Theater Center, & Cours Jean-Laurent Cochet (Paris). She is a former teaching artist with Dancing Classrooms NYC and a current member of Bobby Maresco's Actors Gym. She has lived in her sweet studio in Harlem for over seven years. In addition to writing and acting, she loves thrifting, blues dancing, and planting her neighbors and watching them grow.
