Over the course of my 30-plus years in practice, I have represented hundreds of clients in a diverse range of industries and technologies. Through consultation and litigation, I protect critical business assets and intellectual property for clients nationwide. As leader of the Husch Blackwell’s Animal Health & Production team and co-leader of the Alcohol & Beverage team, I represent clients focused on genetics, biotechnology and pharmaceuticals, food and beverage products and processing, sporting goods, agricultural and construction equipment, consumer products, electronics and telecommunications systems. My practice focuses on matters involving allegations of patent infringement, trade secret misappropriation, and unfair competition, including trademark and service mark infringement claims. I have represented a number of nationally recognized entities in cases involving false or misleading advertising, involving complaints from competitors and matters pursued as consumer class actions.
