Worked for a Bay Area client on the development and management of the full development and production infrastructure for environmental securities applications to be deployed in a SaaS environment.

Managed the creation of the Managed Storage Services business. Led cross-functional teams to transition product-based processes to service/annuity based business processes. Researched market opportunities and requirements. Developed high-level platform product requirements for the next generation platform products. Clarified roadmaps and worked with marketing to develop internal launch materials and messaging. Developed sales training materials for executive presentations to salesforce. Drove the development of the business plan and budgets to support the offerings. Worked with in-house staffs to implement plans and systems.

Residential and investment real estate sales and marketing. Developed a database-driven drip-marketing system with email, standard mail, and web components. Administered a remotely accessible network of systems for the use of the team. Managed a team that included a licensed assistant, an unlicensed administrative assistant, and a shared transaction coordinator.

Managed the alliances team responsible for 60% of the company's license revenue. Managed the relationship with British Telecom as we co-introduced an ASP version of the DPA core software. Negotiated contracts, developed business models, specified infrastructure requirements, oversaw the development of the ASP services group, and drove ASP requirements into the product lifecycle.

Held a variety of increasingly responsible positions in the Sequent marketing organization. Developed programs in support of hardware & software products, services, bundled systems offerings, and new usage models. Participated in cross-industry standardization efforts for Unix platforms. Provided collateral, presentation materials, speaking engagments, and direct support for major customer initiatives. Managed architecural, engineering, services, and marketing staffs.

Data center operations manager for the sales, services, and logistics field support applications, including a remote data center in the DC area. Staff included supervisors of the operations, help desk, and network engineering staffs. Consolidated a distributed network of 9 field data centers into two saving in operations costs.
