Create and manage initiatives designed to increase student engagement throughout the Undergraduate Business Program (UBP). Work with UBP student clubs to increase participation and effectiveness across campus. Collaborate with other units in the business school to develop and implement leadership and global awareness initiatives that complement the UBP curriculum. Work to create a greater sense of student community within the UBP by developing programs internally and with partners across campus.

- Manage all aspects of the school's global immersion programs in London and China, including budgeting, student recruitment, travel logistics, arranging visits with media companies, and providing student advising and mentorship during and after the program. - Work with other units on campus and globally-focused organization outside of the university to promote international opportunities for students and faculty.- Provide academic advising for students to help them incorporate a global experience into their time at UNC.- Assist faculty in planning immersive classroom experiences by handling the logistic and financial aspects of the project to allow faculty to concentrate on the academic and professional goals of the program.- Manage the development, marketing, finances and logistics of professional education programs in the school.- Manage the online data dashboard of the MJ-school by gathering and presenting information about all aspects of the school.

- Responsible for day-to-day management, marketing, and advising for j-school study abroad programs.- Liaison with global-focused units on campus, including Study Abroad, Center for Global Initiative, area studies centers, etc.- Primary contact for groups who work with the school on international projects, including other journalism schools, professional organizations, NGOs and government organizations.- Manage all aspects of logistics and budgets for international projects, trips and one-off programs organized in the school.- Manage the development, marketing, finances and logistics of professional education programs in the school.- Work closely with e-learning, communications and alumni affairs to ensure professional education programs are aligned with the school's mission.

- Advise prospective and current students on course and degree requirements and assist students with registration.- Manage the marketing, registration, finances and logistics of workshops, conferences and international seminars. - Process accounts payable and assist with multiple financial projects.
