Oversaw all matters regarding property management at the Diocese, including facility management, major and minor construction projects, and real estate transactions. The physical plant of the Diocese is comprised of more than 1,250 buildings and facilities/projects included churches, schools, administration and cemeteries. Key accomplishments include a $70 million new high school and $7.5 million in renovations to seminary campus buildings. Through CannonDesign, Mike has maintained a consultative role with the Diocese on facility matters — bringing along the expertise of the many services that CannonDesign provides.
