Having completed an BA (hons) in Physical Education I am currently working as a Teacher of Physical Education and Dance, with a particular interest in Physical Fitness, Wellbeing and Mental Health. My main aim is to continue to develop my skills as a teacher to provide the best opportunity for my students to become active, sporty and healthy participants, enabling them to participate in sport and live a long and healthy life. I take great pride in sharing knowledge on Character Education and the importance of looking after our mother earth, pacha mama. I am a qualified Fitness Instructor, Yoga Teacher, Ceremonial Grade Cacao Facilitator and I am currently studying an MSc In Wellbeing. I am creative, ambitious, resilient, compassionate and self driven. My passions include: nature, plant based food, travel, culture, humanitarian aid, yoga, CrossFit and all things wellbeing.
