-Managed the design, execution and completion of DM 13.5 million (US$9 M) student apartment building and DM 7.2M (US $9 M) Heidelberg Printing Machine office building on time and under budget.-Provided technical support on 7 construction projects completed on time and under budget.-Organized the selection of a new construction planning and controlling software package. Established operating procedures and database standards.
