Current- Develop strategy, execution and goals for customer marketing programs, a new initiative company-wide, while building internal executive and external partner channel consensus.

- Improved customer portal and newsletter formats for a more customer-centric experience with easy-to-find content.
- Launched customer-specific educational webinars across teams to drive customer experience and delight customers, creating more product advocates.
- Initiated and implemented a governance v-team with executive leadership across departments to discuss Customer Experience & Lifecycle Marketing on a monthly basis.
- Developed demand generation, content plan and programs for 2000+ attendees at Summit 2020 and post product launch Roadshow events in 11 cities for 1000+ attendees.
