My duties at this position were to provide a comfortable customer service that was the best on campus. Along with creating great service to our patrons was to ensure that the lab was orderly with all the software and hardware performing adequately. I was to assist patrons in any technical problems that they had. I was also charged with managing the 3D printer on campus and updating and improving the labs website using my knowledge in web design.

My duties were to ensure customer satisfaction with our facilities and programs. I was responsible for accurately handling money and for aiding patrons in signing up for the various programs and memberships that our facility offered. I learned how to handle stressful situations and how to deal professionally with frustrated customers.
