Full P/L for B2B telecom service provider with around 90 employees and a yearly turnover around 300m DKK. In the period, I have been responsible for yearly 10% increases in both turnover, EBITDA and # of customers.Responsible for executing the strategy 2019-2023, which main objective was to consolidate two different B2B service providers (Eniig and Stofa) into one and rebrand it to Norlys. Besides that moving the business from a regional service provider and to become national by using other external fiber infrastructures.
