As an executive director with many "hats" built the HR3 start-up business to be a highly respected software solutions developer. These efforts delivered sort after payroll solutions for Australian businesses. In 2012 I was invited to join an ATO working group on SuperStream, PCIWG (personal contributions implementations working group) and in 2016 the initial STP (single touch payroll) working group.In 2016 the business was acquired by Private Equity as a new 'buy and build' platform.Worked with PE on integrating bolt-on's and as COO/director/company secretary continued to lead the growth in recurring revenue, sales, customer service operations, marketing, customer success and head finance and business compliance. All financial expectations were exceeded in the projected multi-year budgets period.Responsibilities also included developing growth and pricing strategies, budgets for total revenue, new business sales and costs. And create sales commission structures, perform customer contract negotiations, sourced and executed agreements for commercial partnerships.The business then became part of PE owned ReadyTech business prior to an ASX listing (RDY). As part of the ReadyTech business, I focused on my role as Head of Revenue for the Workforce solutions division. This included managing the sales and customer success teams across Australia and New Zealand with multiple brands. Built whole of division revenue budgets, sales commission structures, customer contract negotiations, sourced and executed commercial partnerships.Next came exciting new adventures to assist smaller businesses to grow. These have been at both an operational level and as an advisor to the Board.At all times focused on assisting new and existing customers achieve their goals by providing solutions and services that are fit for purpose.
