About Michael Bergin
Michael Bergin, co-founder and VP of Special Projects, spent over a decade prior to Higharc thinking about homebuilding and how software — especially generative design — could transform the industry. His work leading the generative design research group at Autodesk made him one of the few people in the world to bring generative design software to the market. He has long been passionate about using software to enable people with high-quality designs even if they don't have the means to benefit from the services of an architect. Much of what makes Higharc's product work today is thanks to Michael's deep experience and vision for design tools. When he's not generating, Michael is kept plenty busy with his four young children and renovations on their mid-century home in Danville, CA.
