I provide IT support, hardware upgrades, bespoke software development (in C# or VB.net primarily), network administration, website design and maintenance

I was brought in to replace the existing VB6 and Access system with a new C# web based system underpinned by SQL server. I implemented a new website in silver stripe, replaced the network with a 2012 Active Directory Domain. I also implemented a paperless job recording system in the factory and a voice over IP phone system. I also set up a new online shop using nopcommerce. I managed the development of a 3D automated web based selection programme.

I developed in VB6 with Access, SQL Server with VB.Net, development of reports and systems in Classic ASP. I analysed business requirements and was involved in organisational business improvement. I implemented a CRM solution in a newly created contact centre from scratch and managed workloads and reporting of KPIs of the IT development team. I also developed the Swale website which is still in use today. Nearing the end of my time at Swale I was involved in the merging of 3 IT departments into 1 as part of an improvement partnership.

In this role I implemented a Helpdesk recording and reporting system. I continued to provide support for computer hardware and software across the Council.

My role was largely the same as it was as a Youth Trainee. In addition I set up computers, set up rooms for meetings and was on hand to provide support when needed.

In this role I was IT support to 300+ members of staff at the Council. I would change passwords, install software, setup users, manage servers and mainframes.
