I am an experienced health care professional with a considerable background in pharmacy operations, professional practice and ultimately supportive patient care. My philosophy has always been to 'take care of our patients needs first, and we can work out the details later'. I firmly believe in being an advocate for the patient. Overall, I have been described as a 'firm but fair' manager. We must set the bar for our employees and consistently interact with them as far as our expectations. I have always worked very hard to develop strong team relationships. As a leader you must be consistent when dealing with your team and constantly remember you are only as strong as their performance. Day in and day out I look to constantly give feedback and provide support. My goal is to work to have my team members be considered for promotable positions and advance in their career paths. I have been involved in multiple aspects of health care management, from retail sales, to clinical operations and pharmaceutical sales. Each step of my journey has been very enlightening and I make it my purpose to try and learn something new each and every day. We must constantly challenge ourselves to a new level of performance and operational success. Just always remember to 'take care of our patients and the details will work out later'.
