In this role I built and led the Forecasting and Analytics team responsible for Workforce Management across all Arise clients in the US, UK, and Canada. My department's functions were grouped into 3 interrelated segments: Forecasting & Scheduling, Capacity Planning & Supply Chain Management, and Predictive Analytics. Forecasting & Scheduling: • Designed industry-leading WFM methodologies optimized for the virtual "Gig-economy" • Provide consulting services for Fortune 500 companies transitioning to a virtual workforce • Produce operational and financial forecasts for the enterprise, reviewed with the CFO/COO Capacity Planning & Supply Chain Management: • Established a standard for Arise's capacity planning metrics and quantified flex capabilities • Designed, and implemented Arise's enterprise capacity planning and supply chain management platform (Anaplan) • Leveraged excess capacity to generate >$3 million additional revenue in Q3 2017 Predictive Analytics: • Designed and implemented custom predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions (patentable) • Built a system of self-service data marts for the analytics team • Serves as SME and model designer in Arise's BI implementation
