In this role I led the Business Intelligence & Analytics team. My team specialized in building data products for Revenue Cycle Management & Physician leadership to identify key payer reimbursement trends across diagnosis codes, and allow operators to maximize collection of accounts receivable. • Consult Executive and operational leaders on Revenue Cycle operations and financial performance• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and other tracking tools to monitor financial and operational metrics• Ensure data integrity of the EDW and other information repositories; including thorough documentation of master tables, source data, and processes for reporting• Recruit, assesses, develop, and manage Revenue Analytics staff• Examples of analytics provided by my team: • Adjudications to determine net revenue • Adjusted valuation of accounts receivable (AR) • Executive/Board level reporting on revenue drivers including changes in payer rates, payer mix, acuity, and volume • Identification of revenue opportunities from payer and patient collections • Claim lifecycle / supply chain management analytics: chart acquisition, coding, billing, collections, and payment posting • Coding accuracy and payer denial analytics • Managed care contract modeling and financial impact analysis • Diligence revenue review of potential contracts and acquisitions • Analysis of performance on recent start-ups and acquisitions

In this role I built and led the Forecasting and Analytics team responsible for Workforce Management across all Arise clients in the US, UK, and Canada. My department's functions were grouped into 3 interrelated segments: Forecasting & Scheduling, Capacity Planning & Supply Chain Management, and Predictive Analytics.
