• Managed the day-to-day operations of Governor Walker’s New Hampshire campaign • Recruited over 150 Republican elected officials, party leaders, and activists to endorse Governor Walker • Provided opportunities for Governor Walker to meet with over 5,000 voters by organizing meet and greets, town hall meetings, home gatherings and a motorcycle ride throughout all 10 counties in New Hampshire

• Oversaw the internal operations of an organization that promoted Governor Walker’s policy initiative • Recruited over 100 elected Republican officials, party leaders, and activists to endorse OAR• Organized state-wide visits attended by Governor Walker where he met with over 3,000 voters

• Managed the recruiting, hiring and training of over 85 field staff • Oversaw various media budgets between $1-$10 million • Worked with Michigan-based Lochbridge (formally Compuware) to develop the MI Team Dashboard, a web-based tool to help volunteers organize precinct operations and leverage existing relationships• Made contact with 1.5 million voters using the MI Team Dashboard in one year
