Also made the workflow more streamlined to allow for greater straight-through processing of invoices.• Mar 2020 - successfully integrated Medipass with NSW icare allowing health providers to digitally request payment for services provided to Workers Insurance patients• Apr 2019 - helped test and Introduce Medicare Online claiming for health industry providers using the Medipass platform. • Jan 2019 - Successfully implemented an allied health provider application system for HBF to manage their HBF Member Plus Dental provider scheme for Dentists in WA. • April 2018 - Successfully implemented a scanning / OCR / invoicing solution for Garrison Health Services (operating by Medibank Health Solutions)• Sep 2018 - Successfully implemented a solution where health providers could use the Medipass Connect Provider Portal in order to enter invoices for Australian Defence Force personnel referred off-base to medical specialists. The ANZ Health Pay project is designed to empower ANZ’s Health bankers with the ability to be able to work with health practitioners and practice managers to provide their patients with a seamless payment and claiming solution. Working with integration partners, the aim is to align major Practice Management System (PMS) vendors with the ability to use ANZ Health Pay terminals within their systems to make the job of paying for health services and claiming against private health funds a simple and painless experience for their patients.• Liaise with ANZ’s integration partners to ensure Practice Management System vendors are integrated with ANZ’s Health Pay EFTPOS terminal and claiming system• Facilitate User Story Elaboration Workshops within ANZ and with PMS vendors and integration partners• Introduce the Health Pay team to Agile methodology by adopting agile principles and ceremonies • Work with partners to ensure quality assurance is of the highest order and accreditation is obtained from Department of Human Services (DHS) for Medicare Easy-Claim• Work with the stakeholders and Product Owner to assess other disruptive payment technologies like in-app payments (Medipass, HealthEngine etc)
