While I was working on the Support team, my team and I wouldregularly escalate to Mike specifically when the ask was of high importance and visibility, and healways rose to the challenge.Mike has always been extremely helpful and never someone to turn down assisting those inneed. His work ethic is second to none. Typically the first person into the office and willing tostay as long as needed to get the job done.
