CurrentOversee HR, hiring, performance management, and training for a team of up to 6 staff. Creation and update of office wide procedures for operation and compliance with the Certified General Accountants of Alberta guidelines and best practices. Creation, updating, and implementation of our three step training process for 3 different roles. Acting as client services manager by coordinating document intake as the sole point of contact for up to 150 corporate clients annually. Responsible for the development and administration of approximately 50 network appliances and user workstations. This includes managing active user rights, ensuring back up regulation, group policies, software inventory of up to 150 different products, and management of our Doc.It paperless system.
