I manage a portfolio of Federal and State contracts including the National Expansion of Employment Opportunities Network (NEON) initiative on behalf of the US Department of Labor Office of Disability Employment Policy, and the Building Innovative Service Models (BISM), on behalf of the State of Ohio. In addition I oversee development of full stack software solutions for Federal and State Workforce programs and perform business development for new projects pertaining to Competitive Integrated Employment, Customized and Supported Employment, Workforce Development and HCBS funding.

I led a team of 20 Workforce Development and Small Business Developers aimed at providing job coaching, employer outreach, and worker retention services to people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities at an industry leader in the DC area.

I advised the Foundation president on issues pertaining to completion and implementation of strategic plan.

I designed, built, led, and managed a national level program that gave resources to local non-profits to teach low-income older adults about the benefits and risks of self-employment and entrepreneurship. In this capacity, I served as primary program officer for 32 grantees in 28 states and 40 rural and urban metropolitan areas.
