As a Consultant Supervisor I oversee the growth of many employees within UITS (University Information Technology Services). I make sure that our consultants are knowledgeable and ready to help answer any customer questions.In this position I-Mentor consultants on a weekly basis and guide them through training and practices-Meet with other supervisors and discuss any problems, as well as ways to fix them-Oversee the work of consultants and make sure that they are working effectively-Work though early graveyard shifts to make sure customers are assisted at all times

Provide direct assistance to customers of various student computer labs for questions relating to various software, hardware, and computer peripheral equipment. Maintain lab environments that support the academic mission of university students.

In this internship I collaborated in a multidisciplinary team setting to assess the needs of a non profit organization in our community, My Sister's Closet. We created their website and database to keep track of both employee and volunteer information.

• Elected into position by 125 man chapter to design a 12-week program to train incoming candidates on tradition, responsibility, time management, teamwork, and leadership• Met weekly with the elected committee to review our success within the course and collaborate on working more efficiently• Required communicating with Nationals to report on the success of the candidacy
