The main responsibilities are (1) make data easily available, (2) analyze data and extract useful information for our internal customers usually to drive process efficiencies or predict product quality (using R & Python), (3) Identify new digital opportunities such as Digital Twin for Ion Exchange Chromatography or online process monitoring using SIMCA Online.

IgG products are mainly indicated for primary immunodeficiency diseases. As process improvement specialist, I was responsible for the manufactuing investigations, development of PAT tools, process robustness & optimization using a small scale validated line. Ive spent 4 years to acquire a robust manufactuing & lab experience!

By using Design of Experiment (DOE), different supercritical processes (e.g. Impregnation, Micronization) were screened and optimized.Different solid formulations of a new API were also investigated in order to increase its water-solubility and dissolution properties.See papers for results and other collaborations.
