Complex problems deserve innovative solutions. That's really what drives me. I'm motivated by helping others achieve the things they thought would be impossible. From designing cut plans to separate and segregate customer equipment, new ways to package, handle, and process radioactive materials, to rethinking approaches to shielding, blocking, and bracing for transport, I love tackling problems. I'm a terrible sales person (if you gauge the mark on the stereotype), I guess I'm just good at making friends, and I'm driven by helping them to succeed in whatever it is they're trying to do - that's how I ended up in this role. I like to work. I thoroughly enjoy project management and manual labor. For me, there's an immense sense of gratification in starting a project, working it though to end, and being able to earnestly see the difference that you've made.
