Contractor supporting IBM project team responsible for completing an upgrade assessment and roadmap for upgrading the NYC-DHS CARES application from CURAM v5.2 to the latest version of CURAM. Upgrade assessment included impacts to existing code base, refactoring of custom functionality, data model analysis, data migration and conversion, infrastructure upgrades, training and verification, and production release.

Managed QA and Release Management activities on the District of Columbia Access System (DCAS).
