Responsible for documenting and advancing the innovation roadmap for Synergy’s internal and external parties. Work with the sales team to gain firsthand information and feedback about ecosystem needs, opportunities, and proposed and existing Synergy solutions. Develop proof-of-concept solutions to aid sales and collaborate with internal and external teams to develop prototypes as needed. Research, identify, and test technology products required for solution delivery. Stay on top of industry trends and new technologies to provide innovative solutions.

Michael started the company in 1999 by providing consulting services to companies running a specific type of ERP software. Over the years, Michael built a strong supporting team of consultants, solution advisors, and administrative staff as the company grew. In addition to managing the day-to-day activities of running a small business, Michael architects solutions for customers and helps manage the projects through support and guidance.

Michael managed the Information Technology department by providing support to all departments within the organization. As the company grew by acquisition, Michael implemented ERP software at each of the divisions.
