I am the Chair of the Partnership, and a partner in Lewis Silkin LLP’s Employment, Reward and Immigration department. Born and brought up in New York State, I came to the UK as a student in 1978 and never returned home. I advise on all aspects of employment and partnership law, with particular interest in negotiating senior level departures, business transfers and restructuring, conducting arbitrations and dispute resolution generally.
