-Process online orders daily from Amazon, Ebay and Magento website.-Construct an automated script in Adobe Photoshop and apply to new product images.-Add new products (images, price, meta information) to Amazon, Walmart.com and Magento website.-Problem solve lost, missing or incorrect shipments through interactions with our own warehouse team as well as FedEx, UPS and the United Postal Service.-Handle customer service issues daily.-Schedule regular posts to Facebook and Twitter as well as keep inventory updated on Pinterest.-Rebrand sister company, Poster Art House, with new colors, logo and updated website.

-Build websites using HTML, CSS, PHP and the Wordpress platform.-Complete support tickets for website upgrades and updates daily, in the most ideal order.-Manage graphic design, web development, web support, social media and email marketing.-Work with project manager to organize new business, set completion dates and assign tasks to team members.-Hold daily and weekly meetings with team members to get updates on projects, assign new work and discuss possible problems and best solutions.-Brainstorm social and email marketing campaigns and work with department leads to move clients into better marketing their business or product.-Regularly update business development on new trends and possible options for online marketing.-Create sales packages including website, logo, press release, social media, email marketing and branding options.-Meet with clients in person and/or by phone to discuss target audience, marketing goals, product options and recommendations.-Write website specifications for new business.-Create and implement a branding/rebranding experience for clients who desired a new or updated look.-Develop an internal branding team, both for internal and client purposes.-Work with copywriters on vision and mission statements for clients, as well as content for websites, taglines, elevator speeches and press releases.-Present brand/rebrand to clients, including, but not limited to, mission and vision statements, logos, colors and website.-Recruit, interview and onboard new talent for departments.-Conduct biannual performance reviews for team members.-Terminate employees as needed.-Write job descriptions and post to recruitment websites such as LinkedIn and Indeed.-Train employees on internal processes, project management and any lacking development knowledge.

-Educate approximately 130 students annually in algebra and pre-algebra.-Maintain regular contact with parents/guardians.-Develop lesson plans to drive and inspire towards target goals.-Create and implement regular assessments.-Collaborate with colleagues to execute discipline and rewards.-Teach the importance of each completing their own responsibilities.
